Clinical Presentation. There was moderately decreased supraduction of the left eye, with a left hypotropia of 10 prism diopters and an esotropia of 6 prism diopters in upgaze. The child had mild hypoglobus and 3 mm of proptosis of the left globe, without any signs of inflammation (Figure 1).
